Photography Still Not a Crime Dep't

Via the LA Times, a good article on a lawsuit the ACLU has filed against the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department on behalf of three photographers who were arrested and detained in my old stomping ground. What did the photogs do? Take pictures of course. Video fun/evidence included.

I guess this still isn't as bad as the Long Beach Police arresting people for taking bad photographs.
